Returns & Refunds
We hope you love what you have ordered but, if for any reason, you aren't happy with it, we have a 14-day return policy on items – excluding Personalised Gifts – so you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.
Returns Process
All our products (personalised and non-personalised) are made specifically to order and we don't hold them in stock, so please carefully consider whether a product is the right colour or size for you before purchasing. If buying a personalised gift, please double check the spelling.
To request a return, please drop us a line at hello@florabotanicastore.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
If we agree your item is eligible for return, please send it back to us unused and in the same condition you received it in and in its original packaging, along with your receipt. We will give you a return address.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item and these are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing tracked delivery and insurance for high-value items, as we cannot offer a refund on goods damaged or lost in transit on the way back to us.
Once we've received your return, we will check it and contact you to let you know it has arrived. If the item is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method straight away. However, it may take a few days for your bank or credit card to process it.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the extremely rare event that your item arrives damaged or has a fault or error, please contact us at hello@florabotanicastore.com with photos of the damaged, faulty or incorrect item, so we can ascertain what happened and try to resolve the issue for you.
We rarely ask for damaged goods or faulty items to be returned but, if we do need to see them, we will refund the return postage to you.
Personalised Gifts
We don't accept returns for personalised gifts, unless they have arrived damaged, faulty or if there is a printing error created at our end.
We cannot accept returns for T-shirts ordered in the wrong size, as they are made to order, so please measure carefully before ordering.
Please also be sure to double check spellings before placing an order. If you find an error after we've printed, we will have to charge for a reprint.
Other Return Exemptions
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or on gift vouchers.
